Orbit Cal
Scheduling links for people and teams.
Orbit Cal is a scheduling and booking application. It helps individuals and teams publish availability, accept meeting requests, and optionally sync with Google Calendar so new bookings avoid existing commitments.
Purpose of the application
What Orbit Cal does
Orbit Cal is a web application for scheduling meetings. Users create booking pages and event types, define when they are available, and share a link so clients, candidates, teammates, or collaborators can request or book a time without email back-and-forth.
Hosts manage bookings from a dashboard: confirm or decline requests when confirmation is required, update availability, and keep personal or organization profiles current. Attendees pick an open slot on a public page and submit their details to schedule the meeting.
Features
Built for intentional meetings
Public booking pages
Publish a personal link such as orbitcal.de/you, create event types for calls or appointments, and let people book times you actually offer.
Team scheduling
Create an organization page, invite teammates, and route bookings across whoever is free—so one shared link covers the whole team.
Confirmation and control
Require host confirmation before a meeting locks in, set availability rules, and present a public profile that feels like you.
Google Calendar
Why Orbit Cal requests Google Calendar access
Connecting Google Calendar is optional. When you choose to connect it, Orbit Cal uses Google user data only to keep scheduling accurate:
- Read busy times from your calendars so the public booking page does not offer slots that conflict with existing events.
- Create and update calendar events for confirmed bookings, including optional Google Meet links when you enable them.
- Store OAuth tokens securely so Orbit Cal can sync on your behalf until you disconnect the integration.
Orbit Cal does not sell your Google data. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time in settings. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
